Morning Weight = 219.4 lbs

Meal 1 @ 1200PM
11 Oz Rib Eye Steak (Cal = 850)

Meal 2 @ 230PM
2 1/2 servings of Trader Joes Steamed Lentil with 1 small handful chopped almonds (Cal = 350)

Meal 3 @ 630PM
1 large UCLA salad with 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and assorted meat & veggies (Cal = Approx 900)

Total Calories = 2100 (Liberal Estimate)
